To learn about other cultures, increase and spread a sense of European belongings through:

  • National food: food is an essential part of each culture; what people eat and how they eat represents their worldview. Learning foreigners eating habits, reveal a fundamental part of their identity.

  • Movement: Dance is a tool to represent who we are and where we come from through movement in combination with music. Sport: cultural traits emerge also in the way we play in a group context. Getting out of the doors of the accommodation and interact with local people allow creating an intercultural exchange in an informal context.

  • Disconnecting from technology: taking a break from the use of internet and phones, allows establishing direct human contacts within and outside the group of the participants rediscovering a more authentic and deep way of interacting and knowing people.

  • Sport: learning to play with others teaches how to cooperate, interact, improve personal attitudes, manage inner energy and maintain self-control. Dance: It allows us to fully embody our inner energy and express it. It’s a space to become something new. Outdoor activities confront us with ourselves: when we dive into the wild, we realize that we are part of Nature and our connection with the Whole.
